  • Coaching offers support to guide you towards a better life with someone who understands. I partner with you to develop techniques and skills to help you identify and build the life you want, honing in on your strengths, whilst appreciating the challenges of our ADHD.

  • ADHD coaching is a process and an ongoing relationship between coach and client. It is transformative and client-led, by focusing on you as a person, taking your ADHD and neurodiversity into account.

I first meet everyone for an intro session on Zoom to chat about coaching, how I can help and support you, and if we would like to work together. You’ll also get a taste of what coaching is like.
