I first came across Ailín at an ADHD Ireland event and I was struck by her honesty, sincerity and unique sense of humour. I could also relate a lot to her late diagnosis story when she spoke. I spoke to a few different ADHD coaches and in the end I decided to go with Ailín because I felt understood and heard during and after our conversations. I instantly felt safe enough to unmask and be myself around her.
Late diagnosis has been a very emotional journey for me and it’s still early days. Having the support of someone so knowledgeable with actual lived experience has given me hope that I can learn to work with my brain instead of against it. I’ve learned so much already about how my brain works differently. I’m gradually learning to embrace my differences and focus more on my unique strengths while acknowledging and accepting some of the challenges that come with living with ADHD.

There is so much I could say about Ailín’s brilliant attributes and how she has helped me to live a better life.
As someone with a late ADHD diagnosis I came to Ailín with feeling of shame and inadequacy for not being able to ‘adult’ as effortlessly as everyone else. Ailín brings a warmth and understanding to her sessions. I always felt I could open up to her, she gave me space to verbally process my thoughts, asked great questions along the way and empowered me to make the changes I wanted.
Sometimes this would result in a simple perspective change and in other cases specific actions to help me approach daily problems in new ways. Coaching is not a silver bullet, I definitely still have ADHD. But many daily struggles feel easier, I’m kinder to myself and I feel excited about creating a better life for myself.

‘I worked with Ails when I was in the process of discovering I have ADHD. She was incredibly supportive and friendly coach who helped me through those early days when I felt totally lost and adrift. She was relatable and understanding, and helped me work through some specific issues and ways of thinking that I was struggling with. I’d highly recommend her as a coach.’

"After receiving an ADHD diagnosis in my mid-thirties, I needed someone with experience of ADHD to support me in adjusting to viewing my life through this newfound 'lens'. Ailín's kindness, empathy, practical experience, and ability to listen always shone through in our sessions, and I can't thank her enough for how she has helped me over these last few months. Needless to say, I absolutely recommend giving Ails a shout if you are looking for an ADHD coach"

"I came to Ails with a few specific goals in mind and couldn’t believe how much I achieved in such a short space of time – with her coaching I’ve been able to make plenty of small but lasting and impactful changes to my life, especially regarding organisation. I couldn’t ask for a more supportive and empathetic ADHD coach."

"I can't recommend Ailín enough after booking a few coaching sessions with her. I'm only 4 out of 6 sessions in, but I'm already noticing a very positive difference. My spinning brain slows down for a while, gets things into perspective and some much-needed guidance. She's a brilliant coach, thank you!"

“Ailín is an amazing coach! She has really helped me to understand my brain in a way I never could before. She has a great way of asking the right questions to get the cogs in my brain turning. I think every session had a point where I would say "Oh my god, I never thought of it that way before!" Ailín is extremely understanding, kind, insightful, intelligent and just an overall wonderful person and coach. The best part is that she gets it!!! So many times in other therapy sessions I have worried about feeling judged, but I never feel that way with Ailín because she knows exactly what it's like to have an ADHD brain. The level of understanding and relatability she has goes a long way, and it makes it so much easier to open up to her. Issues that feel "stupid" or "small" to talk about are never stupid or small in Ailín's sessions. Everything is valid, and she has a wonderful way of making you feel that. Also, the woman is hilarious!!! 100% recommend!!!”

“Attending coaching with Ailín felt like someone understood what was going on in my brain for the first time in my life. Her kind and welcoming manner made it easy to open up on the challenges I was facing, which allowed us to discuss and strategise on what I could do to improve things. I felt lighter and energised/motivated coming away from each session. On top of that, you really get the impression that she genuinely cares about your well-being which adds to the motivation to stick with the plans made in the coaching sessions. Would highly recommend coaching with Ailín for any ADHD or neurodivergent person.”

Ailín is friendly and helpful, very insightful, and spots areas for improvement with ease and tact. Always smiling and easy to talk to, she is both professional and warm, meaning I always finish a coaching session with her feeling focused and refreshed."

“Taking coaching with Ailín was a big part of my post-diagnostic process - helping me navigate my thoughts and emotions, and helping to put structure on them, breaking overarching goals and questions down into doable steps and points of thought.
As likeable and approachable as she is insightful, passionate and knowledgeable, Ailín Kennedy is a great neurodivergence coach.”
